Jeannine's classes consist of centering, a warm-up, asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), relaxation, meditation and yogic wisdom according
to the 8 Limbs of Yoga.

 

Yoga classes build both flexibility and strength of body, breath and mind. 

 

The ultimate goal of Yoga (according to the Yoga Sutra): is to calm the fluctuations of the mind and turn inward
